Teressa Nicole Interiors is a full service interior design firm. 

Just like any business who share a common purpose,

to collectively achieve the specific goals of our clients

At TNI we start first with a consultation,

a meet and greet if you will.  

 This is when we get to know our clients and

why they chose to work with an interior designer.

We discuss the design, space planning and what you want

to accomplish in your space(s).

PHASE I

At this time, we take an inventory and catalog all of the client's existing pieces of furniture, art, accessories, etc...

to be used in the project (if required), as well as develop 

floor plans, furniture layouts and establish

a preliminary budget.

  Also discussed, will be if you need us to source tradesman (architects, contractors, subcontractors). 

TNI has relationships with some

of the best in the business.

PHASE I I

Once Phase One has been completed and the estimated budgets and design concepts have been approved, TNI will begin the process of designing, sourcing, shopping and selecting all the individual goods and services necessary to complete the design concept within the estimated budget.

PHASE I I I

After Phase Two is complete we head into the final installation phase.  We coordinate and oversee the deliveries on all ordered goods, supervise final installs of tradesmen

and anything that needs to be addressed or finalized.

This is clearly the 2nd most exciting and rewarding phase of the design process - the 1st is seeing the client's reaction!!!
